Cranberry Crockpot Turkey Breast is an easy dinner idea! It doesn't get more simple than this. All you need are three ingredients. Three ingredients!

Now who else can give you such easy recipes?

This recipe is great with stuffing recipes, vegetable casseroles and alone. Just please don't do what my kids do. I think it's really disgusting but they swear by it. They shred or chop up their cranberry turkey and mix it with stuffing and macaroni and cheese then eat it! It looks kinda funny but they love it. And if it keeps them full, I love it.

Ingredients

1 (2-3lb) turkey breast, thawed

1 can whole or jellied cranberry sauce

1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

Wash thawed turkey breast in lukewarm water. Pat dry.

Place into lightly greased crockpot.

Sprinkle entire envelope of onion soup mix over turkey breast.

Open cranberry sauce by piercing one end of can and opening other end.

Slide cranberry sauce into a small plate or saucer, slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Place cranberry sauce slices on top of and around turkey breast.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until internal temperature of meat reaches 165 to 175 degrees.

Serve!
