Crockpot Turkey Meatballs Italiano

Crockpot Turkey Meatballs Italiano was created by mistake. I had planned to make spaghetti and meatballs but realized I didn't have enough spaghetti nor spaghetti sauce. Payday was a few days away and I was trying to make do with what we had.

I mixed a little of the spaghetti sauce and barbeque sauce together in a saucer and tasted it. After a small alteration or two I had my perfect sauce.

Grab some sub buns (or hoagie rolls) and make some delicious sandwiches. Or, you could do what my son does: fry up some potato wedges, top them with the meatballs, add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, broil it til cheese is melted and bubbly; enjoy!

1 cup bottled spaghetti sauce with meat

1 lb.lean ground turkey

2 eggs,lightly beaten

1/2 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp. parsley flakes
