Easy Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

This is by far the easiest Turkey Pot Pie recipe you will ever find. Once you try it you'll see it's the only one you'll ever need. Only four ingredients and a 45 minutes is all you need to bring a wholesome, hot meal to the table.

I choose to use crescent roll dough over biscuit topping because it provides a flakier crust. The biscuit crust/topping is a little doughy for my picky eaters. Just in case you want to try the biscuit crust/topping the recipe is below the pot pie recipe.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cubed cooked turkey

2 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken with herbs soup

1 18oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix turkey, soup and vegetables in large bowl. Pour into baking dish.

Unroll crescent rolls and lay flat over turkey mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

*When placing crescent rolls dough on top of turkey mixture, you can separate them and add them anyway you like. I suggested unrolling and placing them on top because it saves time and it looks pretty.*

Biscuit Crust/Topping Recipe

1/2 cup milk

1 cup Bisquick or other baking mix

Mix milk and baking mix together until smooth. Pour over turkey mixture, bake according to pot pie recipe.
