Roasted Turkey Breast Recipe



1 2-3 pound Turkey Breast

1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Salt

1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Roasting Pan

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix seasonings and parsley together in a small bowl. Wash turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle turkey breast with seasonings and parsley on all sides. Place turkey breast in roasting pan and place in oven, uncovered, for about 10-15 minutes. Remove roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and return to oven. Follow turkey breast cooking times, basting turkey breast every 15 minutes until done. Remove turkey breast from roasting pan and serve. The juices left in the pan can be used for pan turkey gravy if you like. Served with whipped potatoes, vegetables and bread, this is a complete, down home meal.
