Turkey Broccoli Casserole

This Turkey Broccoli Casserole uses either fresh or frozen Parmesan cheese. We cook this on cold winter days to heat us up.


3 cups broccoli florets

2 1/2 cups cooked, chopped turkey

1/2 cup mayo

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

2 tablespoons butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 11 x 7 x 2 baking pan. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain, place into baking dish, set aside.

Mix turkey, mayo, cheese, soup and curry powder until smooth, then spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of mixture. Dot with butter, bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
